    Blazing wings all the way.

This place is a joke for bdubs awful service. I ordered mango habenaro wings. The server bought it back all drenched and dripping sauce looked awful. Not to franchise standard at all. I told the server to change it he bought it back again the same way. Nevery going back there. Thank god there are more friendly bars around the neighboohood.

Go to place for my friends and I when we want to watch a game or just want a laid back atmosphere. The food is very good! I always gett the fish sandwich and love it. On my last visit, my friends got wings, but the waiter got their order wrong. So when they told him, he brought out the right order 10 minutes later and let them keep the wings he previously brought out. Service is super slow! We didn't get our water until 15 minutes after we sat. We asked for it three total times... and it wasn't busy. They also overcharged my meal, so I had to ask the waiter to correct it. That's three strikes! 2/5 for service, 5/5 for food! But I'd come back here again, food is great and you get to spend quality time with friends watching sports... and that's the most important thing. Their parking lot gets packed! We always park on east lot and just walk over.

One of worst experiences of all times. Generally people at the front door are nice and take good care of the customers. Strangely today, when almost all the area was empty, we were not given our requested seat. I felt like I'm entering a discotheque and facing a bouncer. Definitely I would not come back here. If the owner is listening, he should throw this guy out or give him some kind of training.

Wings are always good!! Wish they would bring back the Ghost Pepper wings! The beer is mediocre, they need to step up the beer game! I would like to see a couple of stouts (not Guinness) and more of a selection that hasn't been discontinued! Everything we asked for as far as beer is no longer on tap!

I love BWW but this location has the worst service ever. They usually give you a chance to take a survey and you get $5 off your next order. I haven't gone there in a while because of the terrible service, but today I went. Order was right and the cashier was OK. I was getting myself situated before I left, and I hear the cashier ask a Ryan what he should do about the $5 off coupon. Uhh hellloo?! That should have gone to me. My husband told me this happened to him the last time he went. They don't want us taking surveys because they know the how crappy the service is there. So I definitely won't be returning to that location.

Besides the bartender steve. Food is never on time. They have messed up my Order two weeks in a row.

"Pretty good" wings expensive prices rude staff that thinks if they have a lot of "to go" orders they can just put you on hold when all you wanna do is pay and go home, but no they take care of like 6 people at once when you just see your wings there waiting for 10 mins and does not seem to accept any type of coupon at all, And all ways seem to give some BS reason why they can't. Staff has to be happier and quicker and stop thinking there pretty much in control because there behind the counter! It's over priced here and I rather go to gators wing shack, nicer staff and best wings!

I've been to this bdubs location numerous times and have never been let down. But I came in on a Wednesday night with a group of 4 during a Blackhawks game and it wasn't very packed. Our waitress immediately greeted us with water. We ordered our food: roasted garlic mushrooms (really they're breaded mushrooms), 10 legs and 2 burgers. Ten minutes after ordering, we were notified that they no longer had legs in the kitchen. REALLY? It took them 10 minutes in an uncrowded restaurant to find out that they didn't have any more legs? That's why some of us went in the first place! So we ordered wings to supplement the non-existent legs and the waitress informed us that they would take longer than the burgers (uh, yeah...cos you told us 10 minutes too late about our legs). Anyway, we received our breaded mushrooms soon after. We were famished, so we couldn't wait! Too bad it was disappointment after disappointment. We literally were given 12 mushrooms--which weren't even WHOLE mushrooms, some were mushroom stems. At what I believe was $5.99, it was DEFINITELY a scam. But I was already angry and we were so hungry, we ate them anyway. My friends got their burgers and were highly satisfied. It took maybe 5-10 minutes after for our wings. I ordered 6 parmesan garlic and 6 mild bone-in wings and was gypped when they gave me 5 mild.... My friends with burgers were still hungry so they ordered 6 boneless and fried pickles (which are so yum!), but they immediately regretted it because it literally took 15 minutes for our order. There were only a few tables at the restaurant at this time. Obviously they were off their game that night. And I don't think I'll be back for a while. Oh, and the waitress granted me 15% off my bill because of the leg mishap..woopee....

You know, I live very close and I eat out all the time and watch a lot of live sports. This place SHOULD be my hangout. But every time I forget why I don't frequent this place, and stop by, I am reminded again not to come here. Where to begin? Dark. Loud. Chaotic layout. Tricky to find restrooms. Why do I walk to dining room behind server station? Not enough close parking. Not a comfortable waiting area when you have to wait for a table. Service usually good, but has been erratic. Food only ok. And this last visit--we both clearly ordered naked tenders. When the runner brought our food, mine were breaded. Instead of leaving the food (or at least the chips and salsa, which were correct), he whisked the entire platter away. That was really bad. I'm sure they just tossed it out in the kitchen. My husband might have eaten those and swapped with me. Instead, I had to wait a LONG time for more food to appear. All while watching him eat his hot meal. Neither our waiter or the manager fixed this with a free veggie boat. Or my ordered chips and salsa. This was early afternoon with about 30% occupancy. And the baseball was not enough to distract me. I'm sorry BW3, but you are now off the rotation. (And I even know what a Weck is!)

Good wings but could have better service waited at least for 20 minutes for my food..

Love the amount of TVs here. If your cable or dish is out and you need to quickly find a place to watch the game, this is the place to be. What I discovered is that this place has decent salads too. I ordered the grill chicken salad with asian zing sauce on the side and it was pretty good. When we came at this occassion, we waited about 25 minutes to get our food. The manager (I assume?) informed us the wait was due to a party of 27 that had to be accommodated. The staff was nice enough to knock off 25% of our bill due to the inconvenience. BATHROOM REVIEW -- The bathrooms are OK. They had the lingering smell of urinal cakes. There's three urinals, two of em have TVs right in front so you can pee and watch TV (a man's dream). The left faucet hot water was not working (only came out in a trinkle). Sit or squat? Squat.

They've got lots of big screens to watch almost any game on and tasty wings thanks to their signature sauces and quality ingredients but their prices have been steadily going up for years and portions have been steadily going down. I'm a regular here and I'm pretty ashamed of being such such a loyal patron. They've messed up my order here on more than one occasion and it's extremely frustrating when it's a to-go order. Take tonight for example, where I realized that they gave me Asian zing instead of mango habanero only when I got home despite my receipt and my take out container being labeled correctly.

I have lived in Mount Prospect for 11 years. I've been going to BWW for sooo long. Yesterday I went with my boyfriend and ended up leaving at midnight. I wake up a 5am with the worst stomach aches I have ever experienced. You guessed it... food poisoning. I had the chicken tenders and popcorn shrimp. My boyfriend said that the shrimp didn't even taste like it and he thought I actually ordered something else. I threw up for 20 straight mins. Never going back. What a shame.

Going on a Saturday night is guaranteed to be packed, stopped in and the waiting time was to be about 25 minutes. We decided to stay and when we were finally seated our server never made us feel rushed! Service was great, food came out pretty fast despite it being packed. Try the chocolate fudge cake for dessert!!

  • Amanda D.

I wasnt going to write a review but I'm still so annoyed with this place! Was there the Saturday after the 4th of July. It was dead so service should have been good but it was awful! Took 8 minutes to even be greeted, another 5 to have drinks hit the table . She was so slow, didn't refill our drinks, forgot my sauce for the wings that I asked to have on the side , never told us drink specials or checked on us to see how our food was tasting!!? But she had plenty of time to talk by the bar with the other co-workers ! The food came out like warm at best and did not taste good! When asked who the manager was we were told "oh I'll have to find them but it might be a little bit" what??? I asked their name not where they are and you should have grabbed them right away! And to top it off not even offered desert. This is highly disappointing! Will not be back to this location!

Let's face it, it's a Buffalo Wild Wings. It's not rocket science. The food SHOULD be decent and consistent regardless of where you go. That being said, my review is specifically of this location, and this location is awful. I used to visit during lunch hour on a regular basis. After several attempts, thinking it would live up to the quality of other franchise stores, I stopped going. The service is the biggest offense here. The servers I'd had were consistently disinterested in earning their pay for the day. One server would demand coupons and check splits "up front", saying "lets get it out of the way" before she even gave us her name or took our drink order. She would shout and talk down to us too. Her attitude was no better than a common lunch lady in a high school cafeteria. The food wasn't great either. It would usually show up cold, and a few times, the seasoning on my chicken or fries would just be piled into one area of the basket - not evenly distributed. How hard is it to make sure the whole batch of food gets seasoned properly? Just stay away from this one. It's not the BWW you might expect.

  • J R.

Thank goodness MNF is back. I go in with a decent size group and we have a waitress that really takes care of us in the bar area. The problems I've had are in the regular seating areas. Servers simply do not care about their tables, sometimes taking over 20 minutes for drinks- even with a near empty restaurant. Socializing takes Priority over work. I haven't been served by everyone there, but my honest opinion is that if you're not in the bar area, don't expect good service.

    (4)
  • Mallory S.

BWWs has really gone down on quality. The wing's meat is sparse, as well as the sauce! This used to be my favorite wing joint but I have moved on to bigger and better independent wing restaurants.

The female hostess was very rude and cold. Food is always good though.they just need to hire better people.

  • Leah B.

You never know what your going to get when you order chicken wings at random restaurants. At BW3 you always get consistently good and meaty wings. Their restaurants are comfortable and the bar area has many televisions and its a good place to chill and have wings and watch a game.

I really enjoy the service and the wings were great there are huge screens and play any sport imaginable. This place was nice and had a good kids menu. 4 star quality!

It's unfortunate to say that i really do enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings food my parents go there every friday night with my daughter and bring me home food from there and It is always wrong I don't know if the cooks see that it is a to go order and just don't care because they think people won't come back and complain we'll that is true how many people do you know that will drive all the way back to a restaurant to have it changed 90% of the time I end up throwing away or not eating it because they don't know how to check how to cook food I can say that when I have eaten inside the restaurant it is only wrong like half the time and I do say something when I have Ben there I can also say I'm done ordering food from there when my parents go there but on the plus side it's a good place to bring kids because they can be kids and be loud if they please the servers also spend way to much time talking to the costumers while you are trying to eat your food sorry to say I don't go there to spend time with the servers I go to spend time with my family and I can't enjoy being inside so I have not eaten inside the restaurant in over 2 years even though it is a family friendly place I can't enjoy my family when I'm there of course my parents know everyone who works there and they are nice to them but seriously let us eat without u breathing down are necks it is really uncomfortable to feel like you can't take a bite without hearing about someone's personal life or answering s question so that's what I have to say about wild wings

My experience here was A-OK. I came here during lunch. They had 75 cent legs which were a lot bigger than wings. I ordered two legs & an order of six wings. For appetizers we just had an order of Onion Rings. The Onion Rings came out very hot & tasted very fresh. There was a pretty big portion of them but they were over $6 so they should be big. The food came out & just like the appetizer they were hot & tasted fresh. The 75 cent legs were very big. I could have just ate those two legs & been full without ordering the order of six wings. Overall the place was pretty clean & the service was good. The food was good for being Hot Wings & Onion Rings. This was one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings that I have been to. The prices are a little big high for food that isn't on special but the 75 cent legs were a good deal. I would eat here again if I was in the area.

Good enough venue for the UFC fights, no problems seeing TV's here and the wait for a table was quick. The bar itself had an odor so we didn't bother stalking for a spot there. $4 Absolut special on a Saturday night was a nice surprise. I've been a BWW fan for the longest but lately the wings are starting to taste watery and my friend thought it could be cuz probably frozen, boo. Also we noticed a few of the male staff need some sexual harassment training cuz they're little too touchy grabby when they pass by and you're in their way. Ladies, you know what I'm talking about.

Ate at the bar and had Holly as our waitress. Food was awesome and she was great about making sure we had everything we needed!! We rarely get waitresses as awesome as Holly. We would definitely come back and ask for her.

I usually like simple wings and do not need anything fancy, but for some reason when ever I've had wings (bone in our out) here I wasn't the biggest fan. I did however have a late-night salad here the other day and was very satisfied! I ordered the Honey BBQ™ Chicken Salad (Fresh greens, pico de gallo, a blend of cheeses, grilled chicken and BBQ ranch dressing garnished with our signature Honey BBQ™ sauce.) My friends ordered the Chicken Tender Salad (Crispy chicken Buffalo Tenders™ spun in your favorite BUFFALO WILD WINGS® sauce and served over a bed of fresh greens, tomatoes, onions, croutons and a blend of cheeses.) I got the bbq sauce and bbq ranch on the side so that I can use very little sauce. The salad was fresh and actually very very good. My friend actually comes back for the chicken tender salad here. Who ever thought that a wings place would have very good salads. The giant projector screens had the blackhawks game on last time, which was a bonus. It was a Wednesday night so at 10pm the place wasn't filled with a big crowd either. The older waitress that we had was extremely nice she even had a conversation with us. 1 complaint that I have is that I almost froze here, even after we told the waitress. I was wearing a sweater and a scarf and I was freezing. I wouldn't go out of my way to come and eat here, but if I ever end up here I won't protest it.

This bdubs location used to be one of my favorites - but it has quickly gone downhill. A guest and I went for a late bite to eat and drinks on Black Wednesday. I wish I could attribute the horrific service and obscene wait time for our food to the fact that the place was slammed due to Black Wednesday, but it wasn't slammed. The restaurant side had maybe 2-3 tables seated, and the bar the same. We sat in front of one of the large projector TV's to watch the Hawks game, and in our server's (Efren) defense, he did greet us and take our order right away. That was about the only thing I can defend him on. We ordered: 2 tall Miller Lite's, as they were on special. 12 boneless wings, medium, extra bleu cheese and celery. 12 boneless wings, 1/2 honey bbq, 1/2 mango habanero, ranch and celery. basket of potato wedges basket of their new jalapeno poppers w/ cheddar and bacon (I wasn't impressed.) Boneless wings with medium sauce are my go-to, and my guest always gets honey bbq and mango habanero, so we knew what we were in for, and also roughly how long it should take. I want to say we waited at least 45 minutes, but it could've been longer. The food came out luke-warm. The extra bleu cheese dressing never came. When my guest made mention of it to our friend Efren, he just looked at us. I know it's a chain - but I almost expect more consistency in service from a chain restaurant. And it doesn't take 45 minutes + to fry up some nuggets and slather them in sauce.

Since I can't give half stars, the total today is 3 (rounding down). I love BWW and always look forward to visiting one when I can, but the one-and-a-half star deduction comes from the wings and service during my last visit. [-1 for the thai curry wings and -1/2 for the service] Heres why: The wings have been hit or miss for me as of late; mostly hit, but I can't ignore the times when they've missed. I learned that it depends upon when you go, and now (apparently) which sauce you select. I don't opt for the choices on the 'seasonings' side of the menu, so when I pick a sauce, I'd like the wings to be coated. Usually, this isn't an issue, however on occasion the wings are very dry inside, and oddly, the outside as well (which is what happened this time). 4 of the 5 sauces were great: garlic parmesan, asian zing, medium and mild (we had a group; not all for me!) however the thai curry wings were the culprit to affect the star rating. I could look the other way if this was the first time that had ever happened, however, sadly, it was not. I notice it specifically happens with the curry wings for whatever reason, and I know that they aren't living up to potential because the first time I had them, they were excellent; they also bridged me into the world of curry that I now know and thoroughly enjoy. The point is, those first thai curry wings were creamy, crispy, moist and flavorful, and I'm still waiting for that experience to be re-created. The half star deduction from service is simply due to the fact that it took a little while for them to get the orders in and for the drinks to come out. Not a huge deal, but even if the wings were perfect I would still probably have to bump a star and give 4 (not bad). My general rule of thumb for BWW is go slightly after or at the start of a peak hour, that way I can get a table quickly, and the leftover wings from the late lunch hour are gone. I'm really hoping I wont have to amend my rule to include "and don't order thai curry wings" but if the same thing happens again, it'll definitely stick. I will absolutely give them another chance because I want to believe in justice, so the next visit will be the deciding vote.

In case no one has figured it out yet, I love traditional wings. Today, we went to BWW in Mt Prospect for lunch. I like it for couple reasons: the lunch specials save us money and it's kid friendly. For $9.99, I got 12 Mango Habanero Wings with Chips and Chili Cheso Dip (Maria let me substitute the salsa) and bottomless Diet Coke. For $7.79, my Mother ordered the Grilled Chicken Wrap with French Fries and Cole Slaw and bottomless Lemonade. Today, our Server, Maria, was attentive to my Nephew and she translated my order in a way I could save money (see above). Unfortunately, I thought the wings were over-fried. I hope this was an isolated mistake. We usually dine during the Scott Van Pelt show on ESPN. I wish the TVs had closed captioning so I could know what he is talking about.

    (3)
  • Gus V.

If your gonna put wings in your name, I think you better have the biggest, tastiest wings out there. Not sure what the suburban hype is. Oh wait, its Wednesday, 99 cent kids meals (you can order 2 per child) and 75 cent drumsticks. Ok, family of 5 dinner under $25 is ok by me. Boneless chicken wings? How do the chickens stand up straight?

  • Jennifer L.

As far as "wing & beer" joints go, this one's fine! Personally, I'm a fan of the garlic wings and onion rings. That's what I get EVERY time I go. Service is usually decent. This location is pretty average, pretty clean. Nothing special, except great wings! Oh.. There are always sports games being played on televisions that are all over the building, so if you don't like noise - this isn't the place for you... OR you could get your wings to go.

Steve the bartender is the absolute best!!! Such a sweetheart. Remembers what I like even if I haven't been there in months. Always with a joke or kind word. He's terrific! Ask him about the song Stranglehold by T Nugent! Luis the manager is stellar! He always takes the time to chat and catch up. I really consider him my friend. Very rare to find. I've never had a bad meal here. I love all their difference sauces, although I lean toward the spicy side. My boys like it here, too. It's a win win dinner option.

Boneless wings are bad and dry. Slow. No one over 16 works here.

    (2)
  • Ryan N.

Service really depends on who you get here, but I've been here on various occasions and never had a "bad" experience. Kevin, the bartender there, is always friendly and has a smile on his face. Also he always keeps an eye out to get you your next drink. Robert I believe his name is, works the front and when I get a pickup to go he's always very friendly and accommodating to service customers. As for servers, I have had Amy and Angela in the past and both are always terrific. As for the food, wings are good, but their burgers seem dry a lot of the time and seem to get cold fast, but I love their fries, their wings, and their service! Thanks!

Good place to go for wings or nachos, also try the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. My favorite 2 flavors for the boneless wings are blazing and wild, i absolutely love them spicy! Got really good service here during lunch.

now you want to eat boneless wings and drink domestic beers for $2.99 for 23 ounces===you have to go to applebees!! their boneless wings make buffalo wild wings look like virgins. for $5.00 you get 10 boneless wings that are nice size, you get celery (but be bashful--ask for a plate of celery=no charge/$$) you get a choice of sauce with a choice or ranch or blue cheese for no extra cost$$$$ !!! if you want extra sauce or ranch/blue cheese===no fricken charge.!! go get yourself a full plate of celery for no charge!!! why pay retail for so-so or crap wings. get the best bang for your dollar as it stretches longer at applebee's!!!

  • Kayla H.

My friend and I come here at least once a month for a lunch date for the famous boneless wings. The food is always delicious, yet the service sucks. There have been several times where we have sat and waited more than 10 minutes just for someone to come to the table. I would understand that if it were busy, but the restaurant was empty. For such a popular place, you would think theyd have a better staff than these slow minded people. The only fast, kind and friendly server we had was Thomas. Thumbs up for him.

    (2)
  • Sharon L.

Don't expect to have fast service when stopping for an afternoon snack. The waiter was not sure of the size of the salads nor the price to get a salad without meat. It took 20 minutes to get wings and we had to ask twice for water and utensils. The wings were good when they arrived but management needs to up their training!

I would never eat here, since my friend is a food inspector for mount prospect...but i am not sure if I am allowed to disclose any of that information! Anyways I came on here to complain about their mixed drinks. Stingy, Stingy, Stingy. I had to send back almost every drink because I couldnt taste any alc. yep, thats my complaintsbut my server dude was awesome!

I luv coming to this place with my friends and co-workers. The atmosphere is always informal and fun; they have a ton of flat screen television to watch the games, not that Im much of a sport fan, and plenty of loud roaring sports fans. I have to admit though, the fans can be a bit lout whenever there is a football or hockey game on, but I still love to come here just to lay back with friends and have a pint of beer or two with my favorite chicken wings and a side of large basket of Onion Rings. Yes, their Onion rings are "Da Bomb !!!"; honestly, they are one of the best that I have ever had. The price is a bit steep at $7.95, but honestly, this is one of the best onion rings you will ever have, guzzle that down with a pint of beer and some chicken wings, and you are all set for the night. This place is known for their Chicken Wings; you can choose from a large selection of sauces....my favorite being the Carribean Jerk and the Hot Buffallo wings together with my basket of onion rings and beer. But they also have BBQ Chicken and Ribs, which are amazingly really good, as well as flatbread pizza. My friend hates chicken wings, but he loves to come here for their flatbread pizza. I can honestly say thought that I've had better hot wings at other places, like Hooters, but I like this place for their range of sauces and did I say the onion rings are "Da Bomb!!!" These two combinations with the beer and friends is what keeps me coming back to this place. Also its nice to know that they close at 2am in the morning, so when it is a late weekend and my friends and I are looking for a fun place to fill our late night munchies, we head over to Buffallo Wildwings......forget White Castles.....lol

There's not much to say, it's a Buffalo Wild Wings. The Wings are great! The rest of the food is okay. We went to this location for the first time last night and I had to say that the staff was pretty good. Considering it's spring break and 12 teenagers preceeded us into the restaurant at 10:30 PM, the staff was amazing! Packed with kids of all ages, which I find to be a common theme with most Buffalo Wild wings, relatively attentive staff. About the only thing we had to complain about was that the NTN game sets ran out of juice real quick or weren't working at all. Otherwise, a pretty good Buffalo Wild Wings experience.

So I came to this location in sort of a "funk" I had not eaten in several hours so my head was pounding. I walked in and sat at the bar and one bartender walked pass me several times but the one that actually stopped made up for that guy. As usual my food came out quick. I was able to catch a good b-ball game (U conn and Michigan), had beer, and met some interesting folks. *note to the men out there. DON'T sit at the bar and talk about your wife and kids and THEN give your number to the single woman at the bar...on a coaster no less.

This is place good on tuesday because of the wing specials, but you might end up waiting a long time for your drinks to be refilled and your orders to come up which is understandable. I also like day drinking over here when the weather is nice out.

Not good!!!! We were there on a Sunday afternoon around 1:00 p.m. and it wasn't too busy. We've eaten at one of these restaurants a few years ago and I remembered that it wasn't my favorite, but couldn't remember why. We decided to give it another try and never again. Wings were small, barely any meat, and some were unrecognizable as wings. The mild sauce was super spicy and ruined your tastebuds so you couldn't taste the other 2 choices we made. We order potatoe wedges and again they had to have the smallest potatoes ever and so were way overdone. It appeared to be a fun place, but no one cued us into how to participate, etc. Anyway...........this time we'll remember.

(This review is based on Buffalo Wild Wings in general.) I am a true gormet food lover, but there is a side of me that loves cheap, fried foods. I just love the boneless wings here. I have tried mild, medium, hot, honey BBQ, and spicy garlic sauce boneless wings and I like all of them. I love the popcorn shrimp and fried pickles as well. The place is loud, but it doesn't bother me since I like answering the trivia questions on the t.v's there.

So we were craving wings, and seeing as how all of our favorite Wing places have all closed down in this economic downturn, I thought that we could give BWW another try. Especially seeing as how they are borderline a monopoly in this field... First of all the place was disgusting. Seriously gross. There were napkins, straw wrapper, crumbs on the tables, seats and floors. The table was sticky and had food crusted on it, so we switched tables. Okay, so we decided to give our waiter the benefit of the doubt. It was busy and maybe he just didn't get to cleaning his section. Nope. Instead of cleaning or being attentive, he was just standing there watching the game -- the entire time that we were there. Sorry -- commercials don't require that much attention. We then decided to branch out and try something different. We ordered a Parmesan Garlic Chicken Flatbread Pizza and Fried Pickles. They were both so insanely salty (especially the pickles) that it felt like the salt was burning my tastebuds off. Seriously. And coupled with the lacking service (i.e. no beverage refills) it was a disastrous combination. All in all there were no saving graces for us. It will probably be a long time (if ever) that we will return.

Not a fan of reviewing chains so I only do it when I encounter a really bad or an exceptional experience. This was a pretty bad experience, mainly due to the servic. It was slow and lazy, apparently our server didn't care about tips, he came to our table maybe twice and all the other times he was just standing around empty tables watching tv. I will be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings because the food was delicious but if I get the same server I will be quickly switching tables to a different section.

This location is so-so. I would give it 2 stars but I'm a chicken fan. B-dubs in general has 5 stars from me. But this location is EH! I like that they added some dry rub flavors. Pretty good to me. This location in Mount Prospect is a teenagers hangout. Actually, I'd have to say that this and the one in Skokie is overloaded with teenyboppers. They make the waits verrrry long. Yeah Yeah...call me an old fart middle aged crabby lady. But I just hate waiting FOR--EV--ER just to sit down and eat chicken and drink beer with my family. The servers here are horrible! The service they give is not at all close to good. They are not attentive to their tables. If I was as cruel as some out in this world, I would leave no tip for the crappiness of service. But I know how hard it is in the world right now. They sit at their little order input machines/cashiers (WHATEVER) and chat with each other. You'd better make sure that when you see your server, you better catch them whenever they swing past the table because you will be left thirsty as hell if you don't catch them. The few times I have eaten here, we have always been left thirsty as hell or missing something from our order. I'd rather wait in a long line for a table at Hooters. If you're in the mood for chicken, make this chicken chain 2nd or your last option.

Really disappointed. This place use to be really good...but the day I went it was horrible. I ordered the 50 wings and I split it up into medium, teriyaki and sweet barbecue. I ordered for carryout. When I went to pickup the wings the girl started to take out the items to make sure it was all there and the sauces were dripping everywhere. I didn't think anything of it. I paid and when I got home and opened it I could see they looked different. Also the boxes the wings were in were falling apart because of the sauce. The sauce was dripping everywhere that it just seeped through the boxes. After tasting the wings they were flavorless. The sauces didn't adhere to the wings like they normally do. Also....the wings were not cooked long enough. They were soft and just bad. I was so disappointed especially because I paid so much for the 50 bucket. I won't be back.

It's a good location but service can be really slow from time to time. I usually go here to grab a view of the latest UFC event and the place can be a real mad house. At least the food is always top notch. If your craving chicken its a good spot.

My elderly mom is somewhat loosing her mind and I have found myself trapped in the suburbs looking after her. About once a week, I find an hour or so to escape in hopes of maintaining my own sanity. Last time I was at a Buffalo Wild Wings they were called BW3 and you had to pick your order up at a window in the kitchen. I seem to recall the food being better back then, but I tend to recall everything being better twenty years ago. I can't really say anything good or bad about the food. It is inexpensive chain restaurant food, it is edible and moderately flavored to please the masses. I know it is a beer and wing joint, but a wine selection consisting of more that a jug of red or white would be nice. In an effort to avoid the screaming children, I keep to the bar, which seems to attract a fair number of regular customers. Everything there seems to be clean enough and opposed to what others have reported, the service is speedy. Actually, the primary reason I return is the quick service that gets me back home before everything goes to Hell and mom winds up spray painting the dog or something... The other draw is the quick whitted afternoon bartender (Steve?) who provides me with enough amusement and distraction, which allows me to plod through another day granny-nannying in the burbs. I guess the Bar Louie on the other side of the shopping center may have better food, but I'm satisfied enough to keep returning here.

Last night this officially became my favorite BWW. My friends and I celebrated Super Bowl and showed up hours in advance to make sure we had a seat. My friend tried to reserve a table, but you can't technically be seated or guaranteed your table until 80% of the party is there; however, the manager talked with us and after we promised we'd have 7 people he let us sit and had the best table in the house cleared for us. Heavenly Massage showed up for 2 hours for this event and gave out free 5 minute massages. BWW was very courteous to them and made sure the customers all knew this was available. Then he handed out raffle tickets and let our friend call out some of the numbers during commercial breaks. If your number wasn't called... it didn't matter! Everyone was a winner. They had more than enough sponsor gear for all who wanted to come up and grab 1, 2, 3, 4 or even 10 things! When people got what they wanted he let my friends and I go treasure hunting in the leftovers. The atmosphere was the best. We were loud, we were somewhat obnoxious. Guess what! So was everyone else. But no one angered anyone, nor did any fights break out. It was the perfect place to spend our Super Bowl. Wings, alcohol, gear and good people!

One of my increasingly frequent Saturday "bro dates" found us here watching the Hawks home opener over some wings and sandwiches. Oddly, the place was full of young prostitutes. Or, as my brother says, "must be prom or something". Minus 5 stars for every mother who let their daughter leave home looking that skanky. Service was pretty slow, but I can't fault the staff for that. Given the influx of aforementioned hoochies and their deer-in-headlights dates all asking for individual checks on 10-tops, I was happy to just have a seat for the banner raising. Food was good as usual, no complaints there.

Almost exactly mirrors the Skokie location. Food drags whether its calm or busy, but someone's always walking around making sure you've got what you need, or refills. The locations are ALMOST mirrored, I made the mistake of assuming the bathroom locations were the same, when I hit the door saw the mirror ahead, realized in the reflection behind me, was the Men's room! AH! Freakin sign is tiny & located to the right of the doors. Nearby the mall and movie theaters. If you are new to Bdubs, check out the website. Many, many flavors, wing special on Tuesdays and Leg special on Wednesdays. Beer specials all the time.

This is great place to watch sports. they have 4 big tvs on the back wall and tvs all around the place. like all Buffalo wild wings the food its just ok the only reason i eat there is they have good sauces .this one has 2 Jersey and a lazy boy for raffle. They have Miller light and MGD on special during games. its a good place to watch the game with friends

I have been going to this location once a week for lunch ever since they have moved my dept out to this area. The bartender here is a stich!!! By the third visit he not only new my order but he knew my name. Now when I come in and just as I am rounding the corner he has my ice tea ready for me. I don't really have too much to say about the food as I really only order the boneless wings and wedges with cheese. They have always been awesome here. What I do like most about this place is the abundant selection of sauces. I am still working on trying them all... but it has been kind of hard since the Mango - Habanero is the perfect blend of sweet and hot.

I am greatly dissaponted with my experience. I have been going here since the day it opened and I walked in and had to wait over 5 minutes for anyone to come and greet me for my pick-up. No I expect no special treatment because I come there alot but I have been in the restauran industry my whole life. And to wait 5 minutes to get an order with no hostess/host of any type on the standby is absurd. I had to wait because everyone working was socializing in the back and I could hear it all the way to the front. I have seen this place slowly go down hill when it was once the place of champions. Also the food quality.... Are you kiding me? Made me want to go to jewel get some chicken wings and make them myself. Very little sauce (which is why BWW is famous for) and consistency pf the meat was crap. The breading was perfect hut then There is a half cooked core?? I dont know whats going on but I obviously care. Management is obviously not where it should be. I dont know if the manager is so desperate for acceptance from his employees, even though most are high school kids. Or what the deal is but figure it out. And get it straight.

A group of us ate there last night and what a mediocre dining experience! We decided to eat there before watching a movie at the theater next door. Our waitress was really, really "off" last night: 1. Got 2 orders wrong. Gave us attitude about the 2nd order she got wrong. 2. Asked for sugar for an ice tea, she returned with ONE packet of sugar. I've NEVER seen that before! Seriously, has anyone? 3. When ordering, she said that this particular entree didn't come with celery and dressing, but we then pointed it out on the menu. She responded by saying, "Oh, well that's a new item." I didn't know ribs and chicken tenders were new items at a chicken, rib, and burger joint! 4. She never brought out the celery and dressing for another entree and we had to ask for her to get it. We talked to the manager who was passing by our table and let him know his waitress was having an "off" night. He apologized and comped us for a burger and gave us a $10 gift certificate. I have to say that he handled it well. PROS: Good sauces for their chicken tenders and wings. I recommend the Carribean Jerk, Spicy Garlic, and Hot sauce. I recommend a the Carribean Jerk sauce if you order a chicken tender salad. Wings are decent, although a little more sauce on the wings would surely make them "finger lickin' good." CONS: Service! The hostess was nice but there seems to be no sense of urgency to get people their food in a timely manner. General sense of unhappiness among wait staff. IN SUMMARY: You're better off at Hooters or Buffalo Joe's.

Came for lunch with my daughter and was completely unimpressed. They weren't very busy but somehow our waitress seemed to be too busy to take our order. We waited 15 minutes before she came over to take it. The food was just OK. They don't have much in the way of healthy side dishes to offset the chickenwings. I won't be back.

Buffalo Wild Wings is really good for wings. They have the deals on Tuesdays and Thursdays I think for 50 cent wings. I have never had a problem with this location. My waitresses have always been good. ORDER THE WINGS WET. If you order them wet they put one extra sauce. No other wing joint has this variety of sauces. Everyone has their own taste, I always get honey barbeque, my friend gets spicy garlic, my brother is crazy and gets blazin. I love the wedges with cheese sooo good. You don't wait for food too long. Its a good joint to watch NFL and NBA games with a crowd. you can play games on the tvs while waiting for your food which is fun. In the summer you can sit outside as well.

4 stars for the tv screens. But I must be the only one who doesn't like the wings. I've been to this location and the one in DeKalb and at both places the wings were too dried out and chewy. If I had to choose a restaurant where I WANTED to eat, it wouldn't be here...the only reason to go would be for a major game, like the World Series or Superbowl, or playoffs. Definitely not for food.

I called to place an order over the phone, (I think his name was Kenny who answered) and I was put on hold for over ten minutes. When he came back on the line, I placed my order, and he said it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, but he never asked what name to put the order under. My boyfriend went to pick up the food, and the order I put in was never even cooked. So he had to sit there another 20 minutes for the order that was supposed to be ready. Super lame. On football sunday too. Thanks bdubs.

It's the one of restaurants where they have incredibly delicious wings. I like this place, location and customer service.

It's a good location but service can be really slow from time to time. I usually go here to grab a view of the latest UFC event and the place can be a real mad house. At least the food is always top notch. If your craving chicken its a good spot.

Scrap my last RE-VOO , that was just a fluke. I ordered take-out from here about three weeks back, and it was absolutely magificent.

Great boneless wings and ice cold tap beer. Weekday lunchtime bartender (Steve) is a great guy. I've been to many BWW in the area, and this one is the best by far. Great staff and always a good crowd.

  • Karen S.

Thanks!

BWW is great but this location is just crappy. Came here bc i contacted the manager abt an awful visit i had and sat down to a nasty dirty bar with salt all over it and took so long for our food ! So i would visit again just not this location

now you want to eat boneless wings and drink domestic beers for $2.99 for 23 ounces===you have to go to applebees!! their boneless wings make buffalo wild wings look like virgins. for $5.00 you get 10 boneless wings that are nice size, you get celery (but be bashful--ask for a plate of celery=no charge/$$) you get a choice of sauce with a choice or ranch or blue cheese for no extra cost$$$$ !!! if you want extra sauce or ranch/blue cheese===no fricken charge.!! go get yourself a full plate of celery for no charge!!! why pay retail for so-so or crap wings. get the best bang for your dollar as it stretches longer at applebee's!!!

  • Sharon L.

Don't expect to have fast service when stopping for an afternoon snack. The waiter was not sure of the size of the salads nor the price to get a salad without meat. It took 20 minutes to get wings and we had to ask twice for water and utensils. The wings were good when they arrived but management needs to up their training!

BWWs has really gone down on quality. The wing's meat is sparse, as well as the sauce! This used to be my favorite wing joint but I have moved on to bigger and better independent wing restaurants.

You never know what your going to get when you order chicken wings at random restaurants. At BW3 you always get consistently good and meaty wings. Their restaurants are comfortable and the bar area has many televisions and its a good place to chill and have wings and watch a game.

Not a fan of reviewing chains so I only do it when I encounter a really bad or an exceptional experience. This was a pretty bad experience, mainly due to the servic. It was slow and lazy, apparently our server didn't care about tips, he came to our table maybe twice and all the other times he was just standing around empty tables watching tv. I will be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings because the food was delicious but if I get the same server I will be quickly switching tables to a different section.
